Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Active membership in the Florida State Bar is required.
  • Experience working with low-income individuals, Veterans, or marginalized communities is preferred.
  • A strong awareness and sensitivity to the needs of the populations served is essential.
  • Ability to manage a substantial caseload while maintaining professionalism in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team, including attorneys, support staff, and community partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • A willingness to occasionally work beyond standard hours, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time, exempt position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $68,000, commensurate with experience. The organization provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, and life insurance for employees, retirement plans, 13 paid holidays, and generous leave policies, starting with 15 days of vacation and 12 days of sick leave annually, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
