Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant - Patient Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practices and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Clinical Needs
    • Assist during a variety of treatment procedures, including dental X-rays, setup and breakdown of operatory, and infection control.
    • Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Travel to Nearby Offices
    • Travel to nearby offices to support patient care and provide clinical support as needed.
  • Education and Patient Support
    • Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health.
  • Office Tasks
    • Perform various office tasks as necessary, including managing infection control and preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.

Requirements

  • Active License
    • Active license, registration, or permit as required by the state of practice; including x-ray certification.
  • Strong Communication Skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Commitment to Ongoing Learning
    • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • High School Diploma
    • Have your high school diploma or equivalent.
