About the Role:
The Operating Room Open Heart Tech–Surgical Tech is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support during surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians and other medical professionals during surgical procedures
- Prepare and maintain operating rooms and equipment
- Monitor and maintain patient safety and well-being
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program
- Surgical Technician certification required
- BLS Certification current
- 1 Year of surgery experience preferred in the following areas: Open heart, General, GYN, Urology, Plastics, and Orthopedics
