Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to provide speech and language therapy services to individuals with communication disorders in various settings, including home health, hospitals, and critical care units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Provide therapy to improve communication skills, including articulation, fluency, and language
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and families to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Stay current with best practices in speech therapy and related fields
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • State licensure as a Speech Therapist
  • Experience in home health, acute care, schools, or hospitals is preferred
  • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and swallowing
  • Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and standardized testing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
