Informatics Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical information systems that support patient care and improve operational efficiency.

• Project Management: Champion process improvement, standardization, and efficient acute workflows based on lean six sigma principles and best practice models of patient flow and design.
• EMR Maturity and Standardization: Ensure the EMR is current and meets organizational and regulatory needs of the organization.
• Informatics Education and Oversight: Provide education and training to clinical staff on the effective use of clinical information systems.
• System Support: Promote evidence-based, best practices, and appropriate technologies to support efficient work.
• Fiscal Responsibility: Design and execute an acute Informatics support model that supports NAH growth, optimal uptime, and system performance.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Applicable Field or Equivalent Experience- Required
• Experience: 2 years - Informatics- designing and building workflows- Required
• Certification & Licensures: Cerner fundamentals- Required within 6 months.
