Job Overview
This Registered Nurse II role offers a unique opportunity to work with energetic and enthusiastic individuals in our Newborn Nursery department. As a key member of our team, you will provide individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with other healthcare professionals to achieve desired results.
Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
* Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and optimize outcomes.
Requirements
* Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
* Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification required.

Work Environment
