Job Opportunities:

We are currently seeking TWO BILINGUAL RECEPTIONISTS fluent in SPANISH to join our team. This role requires in-person attendance five days a week during standard business hours.

Your Profile:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service as the initial point of contact for clients.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Manage voicemail messages and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Assist with electronic ticket creation for referrals and provide support for our Access Center.
  • Guide clients through the electronic sign-in process via the Patient Portal.
  • Notify clinicians of client arrivals and direct them to the correct waiting area.
  • Handle client payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Conduct monthly insurance verifications to ensure compliance.
  • Support Human Resources by performing background checks and verifications.
  • Assist the Office Manager with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service or healthcare administration preferred.
  • Fluency in SPANISH is mandatory.
  • Experience with electronic medical records is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and email management.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • A compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in helping others.
