Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our Risk Management team. As a key member of our Trust and Safety team, you'll be responsible for developing and refining our risk management platform, enhancing our toolset, and identifying trust and safety risks at early stages.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine our risk management platform, encompassing risk perception, response, and disposal capabilities.
- Establish a security capability evaluation system, collaborating with business units to define security assessment methods and indicators.
- Focus on data analysis and results-oriented strategies, proactively identifying and addressing system and business challenges to drive effective solutions.
- Facilitate cross-team communication and collaboration, constantly striving to enhance business operations and the evolution of the platform.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the internet industry with a focus on product management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably with a background in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Strong business acumen and a thorough understanding of business dynamics, skilled at identifying and addressing user pain points.
- Strong aptitude for learning and innovation, experienced in initiating and managing new business projects.
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks within tight deadlines, and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Focused on data analysis and results-oriented strategies, proactively identifying and addressing system and business challenges to drive effective solutions.
- Demonstrates resilience under pressure, embracing challenges with determination.
- Exceptional communication skills and adept at cross-functional & cross-region collaborations.
