Thermal Insulation Technician

As a Thermal Insulation Technician at Quokka Comfort LLC, you will play a crucial role in enhancing energy efficiency and comfort in various settings.

1. Safety Compliance:
   Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and protocols as mandated by federal, state, and local occupational health and safety laws. Responsible for the safe transportation of equipment to job sites.
2. Insulation Operations:
   Execute the removal and installation of insulation materials according to project specifications. Follow established operational procedures for equipment setup and usage. Maintain high standards of workmanship while optimizing efficiency. Demonstrate proficiency in various insulation methods, including blown-in, spray foam, and batts, while consistently conducting quality assessments.
3. Technical Support:
   Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the Crew Leader on-site.
4. Client Interaction:
   Engage with clients in a professional manner, ensuring a positive experience. Uphold a professional appearance and ensure thorough cleanup of the work area upon job completion.
5. Continuous Improvement:
   Commit to ongoing enhancement of customer service, quality, efficiency, and safety standards. Provide mentorship and training to junior team members. Communicate any challenges or concerns to the Crew Leader. Perform additional related tasks as necessary.

• Ability to engage in prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
• Work environment may involve exposure to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust, hazardous materials, and heights.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
