SBM Management Services is seeking a dedicated Custodial Lead.

The Custodial Lead will play a crucial role in managing various operational programs, including custodial services, clean room maintenance, recycling initiatives, relocations, and general upkeep. Key responsibilities include:

• Executing program-specific tasks
• Facilitating employee training sessions
• Overseeing and coordinating work assignments
• Conducting inspections for quality, service, and safety compliance
• Monitoring inventory levels of equipment and supplies
• Distributing necessary equipment and supplies
• Ensuring adherence to personal protective equipment protocols
• Documenting incidents and accidents
• Offering suggestions for operational enhancements
• Maintaining accurate records

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant experience and/or training in a similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Experience in leadership and cleaning operations

Work Schedule: Flexible hours available from Monday to Friday

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage
