Physical Therapist

At Home Healthcare, we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in the Dallas area. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic programs to pediatric patients with physical disabilities or delays in the home and community setting.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and assess patients to determine their appropriateness for care
- Develop patient-specific care plans with the appropriate level and frequency of care
- Communicate with the care team, physician, payors, patients, and families to address care needs and fulfill the patient's care plan
- Deliver high-quality skilled care and supervise the care of other care team members
- Document care delivery daily in our EMR system
- Current Physical Therapist License, valid state driver's license, and auto liability insurance
- One year of experience as a physical therapist in an acute care, rehabilitation, or home health setting preferred
