Substance Abuse Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor to join our team at Mid Cities Psychiatry. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, be licensed to provide mental health treatment in the state of Texas, and possess strong clinical background and experience in psychotherapy. They will also be required to complete notes in a timely fashion and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical insurance, dental and vision benefits, PTO, public holidays, sick-leave, CME time-off, and 401k contribution after 12 months continuous employment.

In addition to your base salary, you may also be eligible for a quarterly bonus and up to $1,000 annually towards CME, professional dues, memberships, books, journals, and other miscellaneous items.
