Job Position Description:

This role is responsible for maintaining cleaner and healthier environments for our customers' buildings and grounds by performing essential duties and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required
  • Opens and locks facilities, enabling and disabling the security system as needed
  • Provide on-the-job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper (not required)
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Must have a clean background
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
  • Ability to read cleaning instructions and differentiate between cleaning products and uses

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead, and reaching forward. Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
