Job Overview

Equiliem is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, the Project Manager will be responsible for the continuous management of projects and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with customers to ensure all pertinent information is received for project deliverables and other sales-related topics.
  • Identify and explore opportunities for additional revenue.
  • Monitor production capacity constraints and alert necessary team members to issues.
  • Collaborate directly with production, quality, and manufacturing engineering to continuously improve scheduling and planning processes.
  • Manage budgetary reviews and document overages on active and closed projects.
  • Participate in weekly production and scheduling meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety policies, and regulations.
  • Work with the Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety committee to maintain compliance with safety operational and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, with Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering considered a plus.
  • Sales experience in changing/complex sales cycles and project deliverables.
  • Proficient with Excel and Sharepoint, with Smartsheet a plus.
  • Relevant industry experience managing projects in an electrical enclosure manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret general 2D/3D drawings and RFQ documentation.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, high-volume design projects.
