The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare, cook, and serve breakfast meals during designated service times while adhering to high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize the Epos system for customer service and manage cash transactions at the end of the shift.
  2. Execute various catering tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
  3. Perform dishwashing and cleaning duties as necessary.
  4. Deliver prompt and courteous service to customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  5. Complete administrative tasks as required, including monitoring food temperatures, tracking waste, and maintaining cleaning schedules.
  6. Implement strategies to minimize food waste and contribute ideas for waste reduction.
  7. Assist in managing inventory and portion control effectively.
  8. Ensure all kitchen equipment is in safe working condition, reporting any issues to the appropriate manager and refraining from using faulty equipment.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all food safety and health regulations.
  10. Communicate efficiently and courteously with team members and clients.
  11. Listen to customer feedback and relay any suggestions or complaints to the Line Manager.
  12. Secure catering facilities at the end of the shift and return keys to the designated security personnel.
