Position Summary: As an Automotive Service Advisor at Ourisman CDJR, you will serve as the main point of contact for our service clientele. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Providing an exceptional service experience for our customers throughout their visit.
- Welcoming customers and organizing service appointments.
- Engaging with customers to ascertain their vehicle concerns and maintenance requirements.
- Delivering precise estimates for services and repairs.
- Collaborating with technicians to guarantee prompt and effective service.
- Updating customers on the progress of their vehicle.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and promptly addressing any issues.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of services performed and repairs made.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an automotive service advisor, ideally with Mopar/CDJR vehicles. Sign-on bonuses may be available for qualified candidates.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with dealership management software.
- Valid driver's license is essential.
