Position Summary: As an Automotive Service Advisor at Ourisman CDJR, you will serve as the main point of contact for our service clientele. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Providing an exceptional service experience for our customers throughout their visit.
  • Welcoming customers and organizing service appointments.
  • Engaging with customers to ascertain their vehicle concerns and maintenance requirements.
  • Delivering precise estimates for services and repairs.
  • Collaborating with technicians to guarantee prompt and effective service.
  • Updating customers on the progress of their vehicle.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and promptly addressing any issues.
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of services performed and repairs made.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as an automotive service advisor, ideally with Mopar/CDJR vehicles. Sign-on bonuses may be available for qualified candidates.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with dealership management software.
  • Valid driver's license is essential.
