Position Overview:

Spring Mill Pointe, a proud member of the HumanGood community, is seeking a dedicated full-time Senior Care Assistant for the afternoon shift from 3 PM to 11 PM.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the personal care and safety of our residents in the assisted living environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding and responding to the unique interests and needs of each resident.
  • Encouraging residents to maintain their independence and engage in community activities.
  • Providing one-on-one care, assisting with daily living activities, and facilitating scheduled programs.
Compensation:

The starting pay for this position is $15 per hour, with additional weekend differentials.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Experience in senior care or a related field.
  • Current certifications in First Aid and CPR.
  • A flexible work schedule to meet the needs of our residents.
