About the Role

As a Child Care Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and interests of our children. You will also communicate daily with parents, documenting and sharing the important milestones in their child's day.

Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
  • Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred
  • Must meet Maryland Licensing qualifications for an Infant/Toddler or Preschool Teacher, including completion of the MSDE 90 clock hour course Required
  • At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred
  • Candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and Flu to ensure compliance with enhanced health and safety protocols and to keep yourself and others safe and free from illness.
