Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Parts Authority LLC. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, as well as maintaining accurate records of inventory and fulfilling customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, label, and store incoming shipments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, including tracking and reporting any damages or discrepancies
  • Fulfill customer orders by accurately selecting and packaging products
  • Operate warehouse management systems and equipment, including powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks
  • Count and reconcile inventory on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Perform routine cleaning duties and maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized and maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in inventory management or logistics
  • Ability to accurately follow directions, maintain individual productivity and quality standards, and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work well with other staff members and supervisors
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move objects weighing up to 100 pounds, and stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and climb (ladders and/or stairs) as needed
  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus
