Pest Control Specialist

As a Pest Control Sales & Service Technician at Quik-Kill Pest Eliminators, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our community. Your primary responsibility will be to visit customers to perform essential pest control treatments and provide expert advice on the best solutions for their needs.
This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of our customers. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, applying safe and effective pest control treatments while adhering to our high safety standards.
Work ScheduleOur team works Monday to Friday, with full-time hours (8 hours per day). We also offer overtime availability on Saturdays, which is typically compensated with overtime pay.
CompensationWe offer a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate of $17, plus overtime, performance bonuses, and commissions. Our total first-year earnings range from $40k to $50k+.

Daily ResponsibilitiesAs a Pest Control Sales & Service Technician, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Applying safe and effective pest control treatments
- Offering expert advice on natural and chemical pest control methods
- Engaging with customers to confirm services and respond promptly to their needs
- Spotting and seizing opportunities to offer additional products or services
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a high school graduate (or equivalent) with a valid driver's license. You'll also need to be safety-conscious, comfortable with wearing protective gear, and knowledgeable or willing to learn about electrical and plumbing systems.
We're looking for a personable, self-motivated individual with a knack for detailed work. You'll need to be comfortable in various environments, from outdoor spaces to attics and crawl spaces. For safety reasons, facial hair is limited to well-trimmed mustaches. You'll also need to have a valid driver's license that meets insurance company requirements and pass a drug screening test pre-hire.
