Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Skilled Nursing Facility

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Bluefield, Virginia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and support our facility's mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients with various physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals and improve their functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and support.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Active Occupational Therapist licensure/certification in Virginia.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Prior experience in an SNF preferred.
