Sales Director

Champion Home Builders is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the Laurinburg, NC Region.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the Sales Department. This includes developing and implementing sales plans, managing the sales force, and making recommendations to the Plant General Manager to ensure the best interests of the Company.

• Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales and market share objectives.
• Manage the sales force to ensure efficient and effective operation of the department within budget.
• Perform regular market research and competitive analysis to ensure the correct product is being marketed.
• Supervise employees in the Sales Department, including interviewing, hiring, and training.
• Maintain cost control and ensure efficient operation of the department.

• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Previous sales experience in manufactured/modular housing desired.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
