Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a travel Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in a new and challenging setting.
Responsibilities- Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
- Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
- Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Graduate from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
- Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
- Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, pushing, bending, and pulling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
