IES Communications is seeking a skilled Windows Domain Expert to manage its Windows domain, multiple network infrastructure, and operations. The successful candidate will have experience in setting up and maintaining basic network operations, including assembling network hardware and providing assistance to the IT Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows servers, network equipment, personal computers, and other IT hardware. They will also be proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows 7, as well as have experience with entry-level programming skills, such as SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain basic network operations
- Maintain servers, workstations, and provide help desk support to end users
- Provide first and second level telephone support and problem resolution
- Install and test necessary software and hardware
- Upgrade network hardware and software components as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical certifications: MCP, A+, MOUS, MCDST or CCNA are beneficial
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT
