Position Overview


We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in ground-up multi-level construction projects to represent the general contractor on-site.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of effectively managing intricate projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:
• Represent the general contractor on-site, overseeing all phases of the ground-up multi-level construction project from pre-construction to completion
• Collaborate with the owner's representative, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to formulate and execute project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures
• Supervise the on-site construction team, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements
• Attend regular meetings with the owner's representative and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, budget, and schedule
• Monitor and manage project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses, to ensure projects are delivered within budget
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, identifying potential issues or delays and proposing solutions
• Manage the closeout process, ensuring all necessary permits, approvals, and project documentation are obtained and properly archived
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Project Manager focusing on ground-up multi-level construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements related to commercial construction
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from pre-construction to completion, on-time and within budget
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
