Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our team at Intermountain Health Layton Hospital. As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with pelvic floor disorders, injuries, and conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with pelvic floor disorders, injuries, and conditions using physical therapy procedures and modalities.
  • Consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers on pelvic floor health and rehabilitation.
  • Maintain current knowledge of standard physical therapy practices for pelvic floor care.
  • Provide competent services, including treatment, and maintain established department/service line productivity standards.
  • Document patient care in a complete, thorough, and timely manner in accordance with regulatory, facility, and department requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff regarding patient needs, abilities, and goals.
  • Participate in continuing education opportunities and promote ongoing learning for staff.
Requirements
  • Current state Physical Therapist license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
  • Basic Computer skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Work Environment

This position is located at Intermountain Health Layton Hospital in Layton, Utah. The hourly range for this position is $63.59. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
