Breakfast Attendant

A Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a clean and well-stocked breakfast area. Key responsibilities include acting as a concierge for guests, assisting with food preparation and presentation, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

1. Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
2. Prepare and present breakfast items according to brand standards and local health department regulations.
3. Maintain a clean and organized dining and work area, including disinfecting all areas where food is prepared and served.
4. Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and implementing a "first in first out" method of food rotation.
5. Proactively maintain equipment and property of the breakfast area, reporting any issues or concerns to management.
6. Develop a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel, as well as the local area, to effectively assist guests.
7. Understand and apply all hotel safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees and guests.
