Lash Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lash Specialist to join our team at Amazing Lash Studio. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized lash consultations to understand clients' unique preferences and recommend suitable lash styles and treatments.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our range of lash products and services, effectively communicating their benefits and features to drive sales and meet customer needs.
• Proactively engage with customers to build rapport and drive sales through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through a results-oriented approach.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of lash extensions and a keen interest in beauty trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
