Dishware Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our culinary team as a Dishware Attendant. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who share our passion for food and service, and are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining safe and sanitary working conditions on the dish line, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to meet health and safety standards.

You will also be expected to perform various tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing equipment, restocking supplies, and assisting with kitchen prep and dry stock. Additionally, you may be required to assist in other areas of the kitchen as needed.

This is a great entry-level position for individuals who are looking to start their career in the hospitality industry and have a strong work ethic and sense of urgency.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory
• Assist with kitchen prep and dry stock
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• A valid food handler's certification (if applicable)
