Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily functions of the retail pharmacy, including adherence to opening and closing protocols.
  • Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure the precise and timely dispensing of medications, maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Assume the role of Interim Pharmacist-in-Charge, with the flexibility to begin as a Staff Pharmacist for evaluation purposes.
  • Utilize pharmacy management software for efficient operations.
  • Apply knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program, if relevant.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Pharmacist License in good standing.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing retail pharmacy operations.
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise pharmacy staff.
  • Familiarity with the 340B program is advantageous.
  • Willingness to undertake the Pharmacist-in-Charge responsibilities, with an option to start as a Staff Pharmacist if necessary.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
