Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in the emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the emergency department.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
