We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Catheterization team at Parkridge Medical Center. As a Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our cardiovascular services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Cardiac Catheterization laboratory.
- Administer medications and IV conscious sedation under physician direction.
- Scrub and assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral angiographic studies.
- Provide accurate and timely nursing documentation in electronic medical records.
- Monitor and record hemodynamic measurements and valve areas.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
- Current Nursing (RN) licensure by the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS certification.
- Must have ACLS or complete ACLS training within 6 months of hire.
