As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with a wide range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and behavioral disturbances.
- Function as a primary care leader, associate, or charge nurse to ensure optimum quality of patient care.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, ARNPs, social workers, and occupational therapists, to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Iowa or meets criteria established by the Iowa Board of Nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Ability to plan, assess, implement, and evaluate nursing care delivered to a group of patients.
- Ability to assume responsibility for personal and professional growth.
