• Customer Acquisition and Retention: Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial well-being.
• Sales and Service: Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, leveraging a defined sales process to position PNC solutions and drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Lobby Engagement: Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers, position PNC products to meet their needs, and educate them on options for managing financial transactions.
• Risk Management: Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and participating in branch daily operations.

• Customer Focus: Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
• Managing Risk: Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

• Accountability: Demonstrating a strong sense of accountability for sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Banking Knowledge: Possessing a solid understanding of banking products and services.
