Position Overview: Our Norwell location is seeking a per diem Nurse Practitioner to enhance our clinical team. Per diem staff are expected to fulfill a minimum of three 12-hour shifts monthly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Diagnose and treat a range of illnesses and injuries; order laboratory tests and other diagnostics, and prescribe medications for patients of all ages.
  • Exhibit the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care tailored to individual needs.
  • Perform standard urgent care procedures such as wound repairs, abscess drainage, splinting, and interpretation of EKGs and X-rays.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree and relevant certification.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner State License applicable to the center.
  • Experience in emergency medicine or urgent care settings.
  • Credentialed to provide care for patients across all age groups.
  • Active DEA license without restrictions.
  • Current DOT certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Work Schedule: Our centers operate seven days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM. Per diem staff must be available for three 12-hour shifts monthly.
