About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our fitness operations in the North East region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and managing a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Lead and manage a team of fitness professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, marketing strategies, and operational processes
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the fitness industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
