Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team at a prestigious healthcare facility in Clyde, NC for a 13-week assignment.

About the Role

This position involves working as part of a dynamic imaging team, providing high-quality care to adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using CT scanners, including biopsies, drainage, coronary CTA, and nerve root blocks.
  • Operate fluoroscopy equipment to obtain high-quality images.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of imaging procedures.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist.
  • Active unrestricted license to practice in North Carolina.
  • Current certifications in BLS, RT, and CT.
  • Ability to provide one supervisory reference.
Work Environment

The assigned facility is a 154-bed hospital with state-of-the-art imaging equipment, including GE CT scanners. The imaging department operates on a rotating call schedule, with occasional weekend hours. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to this environment and provide excellent care in a fast-paced setting.
