Become a key player in shaping the marketing strategy of Bank Gloucester, a trusted community-focused financial institution. As our Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute innovative campaigns to enhance brand visibility, support business objectives, and strengthen our presence in the community.

The Role
You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies that align with our mission and values. This includes planning, implementing, and overseeing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, maintaining and enhancing our brand identity, collaborating with local organizations, and creating engaging content for social media, newsletters, and advertisements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and support business objectives.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance our brand identity to align with our mission and values.
- Community Engagement: Collaborate with local organizations and participate in community events to reinforce our role as a community leader.
- Content Creation: Design compelling content for social media, newsletters, press releases, and advertisements.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, branch managers, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email campaigns.
- Experience with WordPress is essential.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- A collaborative spirit and passion for community involvement.
Compensation Package
- An estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
