Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse in our Critical Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care, ensuring that patients receive the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care for critically ill patients
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Monitor and assess patient condition, identifying potential complications and taking appropriate action
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Provide education to patients and families on disease management and self-care
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • 1 year of recent experience in a Critical Care setting
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Registered Nurse license in California
