  • Manage administrative tasks, including calendar hearings, deadlines, and case file organization.
  • Maintain up-to-date pleadings and discovery indexes, ensuring seamless case management.
  • Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices, facilitating efficient case preparation.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to prepare interrogatories and other discovery requests, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Gather relevant information from various sources, utilizing strong research and analytical skills.
  • Facilitate communication between trial teams and internal/external third parties, ensuring smooth case progression.
  • Provide support with voir dire, jury selection, and witness preparation, contributing to successful case outcomes.
  • Assist with case settlements, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal, with a strong understanding of motions, discovery, evidence, and litigation documentation.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Extensive computer and database expertise, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
  • Paralegal associate degree or other relevant certification, demonstrating a strong foundation in legal principles and practices.
