Job Title: Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team at Actalent. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures for various projects, including municipal structures, commercial structures, and environmental structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish project-specific design criteria using various structural design codes, standards, and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Perform structural computations and analysis, both by hand calculations and using available design software.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical reports, design methodologies, and various other documentation.
  • Perform services during construction, including submittal review, responses to information and clarification requests, on-site inspections, observations, and conformance reporting.
Requirements:
  • Experience in designing steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit.
  • Knowledge of structural design codes and standards.
  • Ability to perform structural computations and analysis.
