Requirements
  • Qualifications: Hold a Director II qualification from the Early Education and Care (EEC) department.
  • Experience: Have a strong background in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment, and budget management, with demonstrated responsibilities in overseeing all preschool operations.
  • Skills: Possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff, families, and the community.
