As a Restaurant Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and process payments as a cashier
  • Prepare and package food and drink products
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom & exterior
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met in restaurant work areas
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the restaurant brand and menu items
  • Check food quality and temperature to ensure freshness and safety
  • Unload and stock inventory items as needed
  • Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
  • Act with integrity and honesty, promoting a positive work culture

Requirements:

  • Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact positively and professionally with guests and team members
  • Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Demands:

  • Mobility required during the entire shift
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds frequently, and/or up to 15 pounds constantly
