Tool and Die Maker

We are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. As a Tool and Die Maker, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining tools and dies to meet production needs.

• Design, build, and test tools and dies to meet specific requirements
  
• Collaborate with production team to ensure efficient tool and die usage
  
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on tools and dies
  
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity
  
• Assist in the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes
  

• 
  
• 2+ years of experience in tool and die making
  
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and tooling
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
