Job Description
The primary role of the Loom Technician involves maintaining assigned looms and related equipment in good working condition. Key responsibilities include:

• Locating looms in question, diagnosing issues, and restoring them to a workable state.
• Checking warps on assigned looms to prevent downtime.
• Preparing looms for style changes.
• Conducting preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Assisting other technicians with complex repairs or style changes.
