The Operations Key Holder Retail Sales Associate plays a vital role in the daily operations of the stockroom, ensuring seamless storewide communications, training, and support for store/retail associates. This position is responsible for overseeing receipt and acknowledgement of merchandise, examining merchandise to ensure correct pricing and display, and training employees on pricing and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee receipt and acknowledgement of merchandise
  • Examine merchandise to ensure correct pricing and display; train employees on pricing and merchandising
  • Maintain knowledge of all areas of the store and perform all activities of the Retail Sales Associate
  • Assist Operations Lead in performing regularly scheduled store inventories
  • Oversee stockroom operations and stockroom organization standards
  • Makes certain merchandise is processed and merchandised according to company standards.
  • Completion of daily replenishment
  • Oversee completion of store to store transfers
