Highline Post Acute is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team.

As a Registered Nurse at Highline Post Acute, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that fosters personalized rehabilitation and nursing services. Our healthcare professionals are dedicated to helping patients meet their greatest potential and achieve a better quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
  • Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
  • Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
  • Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients' charts.
Requirements:
  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Colorado.
  • CPR certification.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.
  • COVID vaccine required or valid exemption.
