Job Summary:

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our franchise location, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and that our team members are equipped to succeed. You will work closely with our General Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Work Environment:

Our Assistant Managers work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be required to stand for long periods, walk on various floor types, and lift up to 50 pounds. You will also be exposed to varying and adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
