We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Child Adolescent Behavioral Health team at Sheppard Pratt. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to children and adolescents with complex behavioral health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide crisis intervention, stabilization, and discharge planning services.
- Administer medical treatment as prescribed by physicians and provide psychosocial support to patients and their families.
- Document and report patient progress to the treatment team and participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day clinical direction to assigned Mental Health Workers or other paraprofessional staff.
- Current MD RN License
- AHA-approved Basic Life Support/CPR certification
- Associate degree in Nursing
- Experience in a psychiatric nursing setting preferred
- A competitive hourly rate starting at $32/hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth
