About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Servicon. As a Housekeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of various areas within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize all assigned areas, adhering to company and client standards of quality and safety.
  • Empty, clean, and damp-wipe waste receptacles, as well as remove waste paper and rubbish from the premises to designated areas.
  • Vacuum rugs and carpeted areas in offices, lobbies, and corridors, and hand dust and wipe clean office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, and other surfaces.
  • Damp-mop or clean spills in the office, stairwells, and public areas, and keep the janitors' closet clean and organized.

Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
  • Proficient verbal/written communication skills (Spanish a plus)
  • Problem solving skills
  • Time management skills
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 year custodial cleaning experience or equivalent preferred
